What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage Requests for Proposals/Qualifications (RFP/Qs) from start to finish
- Produce compelling visuals and assist in interview preparations
- Collaborate with technical staff to develop marketing qualification packages
- Demonstrate graphic design skills and advanced English writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Utilize proficiency in InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5 years of marketing experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Public Relations, Communications, Graphic Design, or Journalism is a plus
- Advanced understanding of A/E/C industry terminology and delivery methods
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite
