Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager/Writer to join our Global Proposals Team. This remote role supports the development of proposals, RFIs, RFPs, and security questionnaires across regions.

You will triage requests, coordinate cross-functional SMEs, and deliver compliant, persuasive responses on time. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in proposals within SaaS or cybersecurity, exceptional writing, and strong project management skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing complex proposals in a fast-paced SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
• Ability to manage a high volume of simultaneous requests with overlapping deadlines and to prioritize accordingly.
• Strong critical thinking, judgment and decision-making under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, translating technical content into customer-focused narratives.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, Salesforce, and proposal management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end RFI, RFQ, RFP, DDQ and security questionnaire activity to ensure on-time, compliant delivery.
• Own a high-volume workload of concurrent proposal assignments and related tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Drive the proposal process end to end: schedule, milestones, reviews, and final QA for compliance.
• Review customer requirements; develop compliance matrices, outlines, and schedules.
• Participate in kickoff calls and win strategy discussions to clarify scope and key messages.
• Coordinate cross-functional SMEs to produce high-quality, compliant responses.
• Build customer-facing templates and manage draft-review-approval workflows.
• Prepare final deliverables: format, proofread, edit for clarity and readability.
• Educate teams on proposal best practices and intake policies.
• Maintain and improve the content library for speed and consistency.
• Assist in process improvement and automation initiatives.
