The role requires strong writing, project management, and attention to detail, with the ability to work across time zones and maintain content libraries for rapid reuse.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing complex proposals in a fast-paced SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
• Ability to manage high volume of concurrent requests with overlapping deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translate technical content into customer-focused narrative.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end RFI, RFQ, RFP, DDQ, and security questionnaire activity to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional SMEs to produce compliant, high-quality responses.
• Build templates and manage content library for reusable response content.
• Prepare final deliverables: format, proofread, edit for clarity and consistency.
• Lead kickoff calls and win strategy discussions to translate differentiators into themes.
• Assist in process improvement and content reuse initiatives for efficiency.
