Garver LLC is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to support Department of Defense project pursuits. The role focuses on writing, editing, and coordinating SF330 proposals with an emphasis on clear, accurate content and creative layouts.

The candidate will work with the Federal Team to manage information—from drafts to final deliverables—while maintaining deadlines. Based in the U.S., the position offers remote work options across our 22-state footprint and may involve travel to national military

Qualifications

Proposal Coordinator

Remote

Garver’s in-house Federal Team is looking for a Proposal Coordinator with strong written communication skills to support Department of Defense project pursuits. This role calls for a background in creative writing and design and high-level critical thinking skills to compile, proofread, and edit a continuous flow of documents. This position will develop and coordinate SF330 proposals for federal government design business opportunities, including organizing large amounts of information, providing creative layouts, and editing technical sections. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of detail and experience preparing SF330 proposals, as well as the ability to work independently on assignments, multi-task, and prioritize duties to meet deadlines. Although Garver’s Federal Team is based in North Little Rock, AR, this individual can work remotely preferably in our 22-state footprint or from one of our 60+ office locations.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage the proposal process from RFP release to client delivery. This includes “owning” the document and communicating proposal needs to the team; maintaining internal draft deadlines; crafting and editing complex SF330 proposals; as well as performing quality control checks to ensure RFP requirements are met.
• Coordinate and organize large amounts of technical information, including photography, external subconsultant data, and marketing materials.
• Conceptualize and collaborate with the graphics team to create visually appealing marketing material.
• Work with technical staff to develop consistent content to carry over from statements of qualifications, proposals, and interview presentations.
• Serve as a collaborative member of the Federal Team to maintain the central information database of custom-created content for use on future proposals.
• Participate in and represent Garver at annual national military conferences as needed.
• Assist the Federal Team in developing dynamic client presentations to win the job!

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing or a related field.
• 4+ years of marketing experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (A/E/C) industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in Standard Form 330 (SF330) proposal development.Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite.
