Job summary

First American in Georgia is seeking a Property Preservation Specialist to oversee inspections, secure and maintain vacant properties, and manage vendor bids to meet investor guidelines.

You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, document activities in servicing systems, and collaborate with internal teams to minimize risk while preserving asset value. A 2–3 year background in preservation or asset management is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience in property preservation or asset management.
• Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations.
• Proficient with property management software and digital documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inspections (initial/subsequent) and assess preservation needs.
• Secure and maintain vacant properties per guidelines.
• Review bids, manage contractors, ensure timely work.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and accurate reporting.
