Job summary

BSI Financial Services is seeking a Property Preservation Specialist to ensure inspections and preservation meet investor guidelines and to perform QA for the ESPL preservation team. You will coordinate with investors, departments, vendors and municipalities to preserve assets and maintain accurate records.

Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication and the ability to work in a high-volume environment, Monday through Friday, with full benefits and a supportive

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic computer software including Windows, Word and Excel.
• Mortgage industry or banking experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming Property Preservation mail and documents.
• Coordinate with investors, internal departments, local municipalities and vendors to preserve assets.
• Use internal reports to identify loan status and update systems and vendor sites.
• Ensure property inspections comply with state, federal and agency guidelines.
• Provide QC on inspections and preservation work to ensure scope is met.
• Follow up with vendors on late orders and reassign as needed.
