Job summary

Baceline Group is seeking a Property Manager to join our Asset Management team. This remote role can be based in Minneapolis, MN or Des Moines, IA and focuses on tenant relations, vendor management, financial oversight, and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in property management with excellent communication and organizational skills, and familiarity with CAM estimates and lease administration. Flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience
• Minneapolis market experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Perform routine site visits/inspections and document findings
• Oversee tenant relations, rent collection, and lease administration
• Manage vendor bids, contracts, and vendor relationships
• Support Regional Asset Manager with budgeting, forecasting, and operating expenses
• Collaborate with Accounting, Construction, Leasing and other teams on onboarding and renewals
