Bader is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations at its rental communities in the Twin Cities. This full-time role involves rent collection, leasing showings, resident relations, and coordinating with the Property Manager to ensure smooth property performance.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9a–5p or 10a–6p; Saturdays as needed. Compensation ranges from $21–$23 per hour with strong benefits and potential rent discounts.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of leasing techniques and sales methods as designated by Bader.
• Knowledge of property rental information.
• Maintaining leasing closing ratios per company requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Collect and record rent, update rent roll.
• Record and complete work requests and reports.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Show and lease apartments and handle resident issues.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances to management.
• Comply with Fair Housing rules.
• Seek educational opportunities for growth.
