Job summary

Hornig Companies is seeking a full-time Multi-Site Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of brownstone and mid-century buildings across the Twin Cities. You will lead marketing, leasing, and day-to-day operations with a focus on exceptional resident service.

The role requires 2–5 years in property management, strong leadership, and solid communication skills. A background with AppFolio Plus is preferred, with a competitive benefits package and annual bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in property management, preferably in multi-site or multi-housing environments.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with residents, owners, vendors and staff.
• Experience in managing property finances, including reporting and cost control.
• AppFolio Plus experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the marketing and leasing of the properties.
• Coordinate the move-in/move-out process.
• Work with vendors and maintenance team for timely unit turns and repairs.
• Collect and deposit rents and follow up on delinquency.
• Organize and facilitate resident events and daily operations.
• Recruit, hire and develop Caretaking staff.
• Maintain property cleanliness and daily caretaking duties.
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents, applicants, vendors and staff.
• Communicate repairs with residents in a caring, professional manner.
