Job summary

Baceline Group is seeking a Property Manager to support our Asset Management team. The role is remote in Minneapolis, MN or Des Moines, IA, with responsibilities spanning tenant relations, inspections, vendor coordination, and budgeting support.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of property management experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a track record of collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience (commercial/retail preferred).
• Experience in the Minneapolis, MN market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine site visits/inspections and document findings.
• Oversee tenant relations, rent collection, and lease-related communications.
• Coordinate vendor bids, contracts, and ongoing service management.
• Support regional asset management with financial administration and budgeting oversight.
• Collaborate with accounting, leasing, construction, and acquisitions teams on portfolio needs.
