- Ability to synthesize data into actionable investment insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze potential real estate investment opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial properties in Welkom and the Free State region.
- Conduct market research including demand analysis, competitor assessment, and economic trend forecasting for the region.
- Perform detailed financial modeling and feasibility studies, including DCF analysis and ROI calculations.
- Prepare investment memorandums and presentations for senior management and investment committees.
- Monitor performance of existing properties and provide asset management recommendations.
- Develop relationships with brokers, developers, and financial institutions.
- Stay current with market trends, regulatory changes, and investment best practices relevant to Welkom and the Free State.
