Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Real Estate Data Analyst for our Welkom office in the Free State region. You will collect, clean, analyze, and interpret complex property datasets, transforming data into actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
The role involves building dashboards, forecasting market trends, collaborating with marketing, sales and investment teams, and ensuring data accuracy and security.
Competenze
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, economics, mathematics, or related field.
- Proven experience as a data analyst with real estate sector focus preferred.
- Strong SQL, Python or R skills for data analysis.
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI for dashboards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
