Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience handling 1st and 3rd party, multi-line claims.
• Solid knowledge of casualty policies and endorsements.
• Strong understanding of the claim handling process.

Responsibilities

• Investigates origin and cause of claims by contacting insureds, claimants, agents, attorneys, contractors, and others.
• Evaluates damages and conducts on-site inspections; negotiates settlements.
• Interprets policies and applies coverages to assigned losses; provides status updates to all parties.
