Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of experience handling claims investigations.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate, negotiate, and settle third-party property damage claims.
• Investigate incidents that may lead to litigation and support lawsuits, legal reviews, and claims involving contractors and insurance carriers.
• Conduct interviews with employees and third parties to gather information and establish incident facts.
• Review internal and external records, reports, files, and supporting documentation to evaluate liability, damages, and settlement options.
• Analyze claims data to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Present investigation findings, trends, and lessons learned to business partners and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, insurance carriers, and other relevant parties to facilitate claims resolution.
• Maintain accurate investigation records and documentation throughout the claims process.
• Support claims management activities while ensuring timely, professional, and well-documented resolutions.
