Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academics.
• Active Bar Admission in applicable jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 3–8 years of substantive insurance coverage experience.
• Experience handling property insurance coverage issues and policy analysis.
• Strong research, writing and drafting background.

Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance policies and claim materials, draft coverage opinions and strategic recommendations.
• Prepare correspondence for clients, colleagues and opposing counsel.
• Review documents in coverage disputes and litigation.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw and related platforms.
• Draft and respond to written discovery, pleadings and dispositive motions.
• Conduct and defend depositions; participate in hearings and mediations.
• Support case strategy through all phases of litigation.
