This is an hourly, non-exempt role with overtime and a virtual-first approach, plus a company vehicle for on-site inspections in the St.

Marys/Kingsland area. The role requires travel 50-75% of the year, strong knowledge of estimating tools (Xactimate), and licensing within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of property claims adjusting experience with moderate complexity.
• Advanced estimating knowledge using Xactimate or similar tools.
• Residential construction knowledge and exposure to policy terms.
• Strong negotiation, investigation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 50-75% and obtain adjuster license within 90 days.

Responsabilités

• Manage a caseload of complex damages within set authority.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal partners for settlements.
• Investigate damages using insured, third parties and external sources.
• Assess coverage and subrogation potential as needed.
• Negotiate settlements and document outcomes thoroughly.
• Maintain accurate claim files and leverage estimating tech.
• Support CAT response and on-call requirements, including evenings/weekends.
