The role covers a designated territory and requires strong estimating skills, including Xactimate, to deliver accurate, comprehensive damage estimates.

The ideal candidate will handle residential property, farm, and ranch claims with independence and customer-focused service, mentoring peers as needed

Qualifications

• Investigate moderate to complex residential property claims and farm/ranch claims.
• Strong estimating skills and proficiency with Xactimate required.
• Ability to manage challenging situations while delivering excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Exhibits mastery estimating fundamentals to create damages estimates for the most complex first-party homeowner losses.
• Builds relationships with internal and external customers.
• Interprets regulatory compliance and fair claims practices.
• Negotiates settlements and documents all activities in complex files.
• Applies mastered policy content and supports leadership in training and process improvements.
