Nationwide is seeking a Field Claims Specialist II, Property for a remote role that covers Metro Atlanta, GA and surrounding areas. Travel to policy locations in a company vehicle is expected (3–4 days a week), with occasional overnight travel and CAT duty.

This role may support additional territories as needed, and relocation assistance may be available. Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of property claims experience, strong Xactimate skills, and the ability to handle start-to-finish claims with

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of insurance field/property claims handling or adjusting experience.
• Proficiency with Xactimate.
• Experience writing estimates and handling claims start to finish.
• Construction background in residential, roofing, remodeling, water mitigation.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• CAT duty required.

Responsabilités

• Handle assigned claims promptly with minimal supervision.
• Determine policy coverages and apply claims practices per guidelines.
• Open, close and adjust reserves per procedures.
• Keep knowledge current on insurance guidelines and market pricing.
• Coordinate with SIU and Subrogation on fraud and subrogation.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to Nationwide customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
