• Conduct investigations, interviews, and inspections to handle property claims.
• Set and maintain reserves, review reports, and determine coverage and claim value.
• Document claim files and submit reports for closure.
• Recognize subrogation situations and initiate appropriate action.
• Interact with agents and district sales managers on matters of mutual concern.
• Assist claims supervisor or act on their behalf, including representation at legal proceedings.
