Formación

• High School Diploma or GED and two years of claims handling experience, or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.

Responsabilidades

• Contacts Policyholders regarding property claims within level of authority and examines damage to prepare estimates.
• Serves assigned territory and handles claims, including setting reserves and determining payments.
• Documents claim files and submits final reports for closure.
• Develops knowledge of estimating practices for property claims adjustments.
• Interacts with agents and district sales managers on mutual matters.
• May handle litigated claims or coordinate with defense counsel when required.
