Job summary

Qualifications

• High School/GED is required.
• Active adjuster license or reciprocity preferred.
• Experience with field and desk claims handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exhibits mastery estimating fundamentals to create damages estimates for complex 1st party homeowner losses.
• Builds mastered relationships with internal and external customers.
• Interprets regulatory compliance and fair claims practices.
• Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments and documents all activities in the most complex files.
• Applies mastered content in interpretations of all policy types and assists leadership in training.
• Recommends process improvements.
