Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent.
• One year of customer service experience.
• Willingness to obtain an active adjuster license where required by state law.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and learning claims software.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training on insurance policies and claim processes.
• Review, investigate and document 1st party property claims under supervision.
• Gather information from policyholders, claimants and witnesses.
• Learn to determine coverage for building damages per policy terms.
• Establish scope of damages for building and contents losses and use estimates.
