Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Internship or work experience in customer service or insurance is preferred.
• Willingness to obtain an active adjuster license where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training covering policies and claim processes.
• Review and document 1st party property claims under supervision.
• Gather information from policyholders, claimants and witnesses.
• Learn to determine coverage for building damages and prepare estimates.
• Maintain records in claim management systems.
