Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with at least two years property adjusting experience.

Responsibilities

• Investigates property claims for both farm and home owners through on-site investigation and interviews to determine damage extent.
• Determines policy coverages and, when needed, investigates, negotiates, and settles claims in line with company policies.
• Organizes and manages time to ensure prompt resolution of cases and maintains high professional standards.
• Prepares initial and follow-up reports, documents activity, contacts, offers, and demands for each claim.
• Works with law enforcement to verify items stolen and confirms payment/ownership after recovery.
