Grinnell Mutual in Norfolk, Nebraska seeks a Property Claims Adjuster-Inspector for the Reinsurance Adjusting Program. You will determine coverage, conduct on-site investigations, and settle claims per company procedures while supporting mutuals and agents.

The role requires travel (60–80%), remote home-office work, and on-going training. A Bachelor's degree with 2+ years adjusting experience is expected; AIC/CPCU is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited college or university with minimum two years property adjusting experience
• AIC or CPCU designations preferred
• Experience with Xactimate or similar adjusting tools preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication, judgement and interpersonal skills

• Investigates property claims for farm and homeowners with on-site investigations
• Determines policy coverages and evaluates damages; sets reserves
• Organizes work to resolve cases promptly and professionally
• Documents findings, reports, offers, and claims actions in files
