Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Four (4) years of work experience in an office/clerical setting.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to conduct basic property appraisals and complete basic property appraisals as assigned.
• Assist in the collection of raw sales data and manipulate data using computer sorting and statistical packages.
• Perform field market inquiries and verify sales data.
• Measure and draw basic property dimensions and collect descriptive and analytical information with respect to area of responsibility.
• Assist in responding to public complaints and questions.
• Assist in other areas as assigned which include but are not limited to providing various types of coverage during peak business periods.
