Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience with GAAP.
• Experience applying GAAP in financial reporting and analysis.
• Proactive, self-directed with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Compiles and analyzes financial information for entry into financial statements and reports.
• Reviews budgets, revenue, expenses, payroll, invoices, and reconciles discrepancies.
• Performs bank reconciliations, wire transfers, mortgage payments, and distributions.
• Maintains accounting controls and analyzes revenue/expenditure trends for budget planning.
• Lollows up with auditors, provides data and supports audits.
• Communicates with on-site managers to support pre-close and close activities.
• Prepares various financial and administrative reports as required.
