Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an experienced accounting professional to apply GAAP, prepare journal entries, assist in budget development, and generate standard management reports. You will liaise with auditors and collaborate with on-site teams to ensure timely close and reporting.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, experience with property management systems such as Yardi or OneSite, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field is preferred.
• 3 years of relevant accounting experience, GAAP preferred.
• Experience applying GAAP to prepare financial reports and analyses.

Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze financial information for entry into financial statements and general ledger.
• Review budgets, revenue, expenses, payroll entries, invoices, and other documents; resolve discrepancies.
• Perform bank reconciliations, wire transfers, mortgage payments and distributions; ensure accuracy.
