Job summary

Reachdesk Ltd is seeking a Sourcing Manager (Promotional Merchandise) for remote work based in the UK. You will manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing, and oversee end-to-end sourcing of branded goods for global clients.

You will build a best-in-class vendor network, curate catalogs, and collaborate with production, swag, and sales teams to deliver on-brand merchandise at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing promotional merchandise or branded products.
• Proven supplier management experience, including negotiating pricing and terms.
• Strong communication of design principles and requirements.
• Experience using promotional product software (CommonSKU, Hoops, MPower Promo, Netsuite) or similar.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) or similar.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for promotional products and branded merchandise.
• Build and expand the vendor network as the business scales.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to achieve cost savings and favorable agreements.
• Set pricing to balance market competitiveness with margins.
• Oversee pricing for swag decoration to maximize margins and speed to quote.
• Ensure items are priced, stocked, and meet client quality standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and oversee quality control.
• Create catalogs and lookbooks to support sales across client use cases.
• Place orders with partner vendors and track production schedules.
• Oversee large or complex orders with multiple vendors.
• Coordinate with warehouses and logistics for global fulfillment.
• Handle high-volume sourcing requests across stakeholders.
