Qualifications

• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of project managers, providing mentorship and guidance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Develop and implement project management strategies to improve efficiency.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration locally and globally.
• Support inclusivity and wellbeing within the team.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with the business development team.
• Drive sales culture within the PDS team and lead cross-selling meetings.
• Develop client pursuit strategies and secure new business across the PDS platform.
