Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator. This fully remote role supports service managers, coordinates operations, and ensures projects meet client expectations and budgets. You will liaise between customers and management, schedule meetings, document outcomes, and drive process improvements across multi-project environments.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in contracts/change orders, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset within a diverse, employee-owned company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience dealing with contracts and change order management.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems.
• Ability to use independent judgment and be a self-starter.
• Foster collaboration between teams.
• Experience working for a diverse, multi-disciplined, employee-owned company.
• Strong communication skills to articulate vision into an executable plan.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Managers in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities.
• Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet client expectations and company goals.
• Liaise between customer and management to ensure smooth operations delivery.
• Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure project delivery within budget and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular meetings and communications.
• Lead internal project meetings and document project meetings (write minutes).
• Schedule and participate in external project meetings and document project meetings.
• Prepare subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Track CMMS work orders and review for invoicing.
• Create invoices for review and approval by PM prior to submission to Owner.
• Identify problems in operations process and resolve them quickly and timely.
