You will handle contracts, change orders, invoicing, cost coding, and monthly profitability reviews while upholding SOLV Energy's safety, quality, and equal opportunity values.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Contracts and Change Orders.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic knowledge of ERP Systems and related tools.
• Ability to make independent judgments and drive results.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Managers with day-to-day coordination of operational activities.
• Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet client expectations and company goals.
• Liaise between customer and management to ensure smooth operations delivery.
• Coordinate project tasks to meet budgets and timelines.
• Document project meetings and lead internal and external review meetings.
• Prepare invoices, subcontracts and purchase orders; review profitability.
• Identify and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
• Support process improvements and coordinate with SOLV Energy management.
