Job summary

QE Solar is seeking a highly organized Project Manager / Project Coordinator to oversee multiple active projects from award through completion. You will bridge Business Development, Engineering, Clients, and Accounting to keep projects on schedule, with budgets tracked and deliverables completed efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–7+ years of project coordination/management experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and track all active engineering projects from kickoff through completion.
• Coordinate between clients, Business Development, Engineering, and Accounting.
• Lead project status meetings and communicate deliverables.
• Monitor budgets and profitability; ensure timely invoicing.
• Track and coordinate change orders; maintain dashboards and reports.
