Job summary

ASM Research is seeking a remote Project Analyst II to support PMs on the ER&R/1095-A project. The role leads and coordinates project team members to complete tasks and deliverables on time, collecting status updates, maintaining project data, and preparing reports and presentations for the PMO.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years’ relevant experience, one additional year of experience, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, US citizenship, and the ability to pass

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent OR 4 years’ relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• 1 additional year of relevant experience.
• Experience in fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
• Must be a US Citizen and able to pass federal background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Develop familiarity with Project Management methodologies and contract requirements.
• Coordinate data collection for reporting and analysis.
• Prepare meeting agendas and minutes for client meetings.
• Support coordination and timely delivery of deliverables, schedules, and project plans.
• Collaborate with coordinators and PMs to support all project aspects.
• Monitor status of deliverables and escalate issues as needed.
• Assist with CMS Access Administration and SharePoint management tasks.
