Oakridge Landscape, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager with extensive field experience to lead large-scale commercial landscape projects from inception to completion.

You will oversee site development, coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors, and drive projects on time and within budget on site in California and surrounding areas. You will supervise field staff and subcontractors, manage budgets and schedules, review change orders, and deliver quality work while upholding safety

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in project management within landscape or construction.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Operations Manager.
• Oversee large-scale commercial landscape projects from inception to completion.
• Manage construction team and subcontractors to meet budgets and schedules.
• Prepare and review budgets, schedules, and change orders.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
