Qualifications

• Experience running governance forums, steering committees, and exec-level reporting.
• Healthcare/health insurance/payor/benefits administration knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to coordinate across business and technology teams and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate or lead complex projects and multiple workstreams.
• Manage schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, budgets, and resources.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and alignment of priorities.
• Facilitate leadership-level progress updates and decisions.
• At senior levels, lead complex programs with cross-functional leadership.
