Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in advertising/marketing production or delivery.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to organize and direct teams.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Understand all print, digital, and video functions and coordinate with core teams.
• Identify problems and provide solutions to meet client/agency needs.
• Deliver clear instructions and provide backup materials when needed.
• Manage financial health of brands: budget scopes and estimates.
• Develop resource-based estimates for tactics and track progress.
• Keep project documents up-to-date and aligned with assumptions.
• Oversee billing/invoicing using billing worksheets.
• Contribute to quarterly reconciliations and timelines.
• Monitor project timelines and milestones across teams.
• Ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality.
• Coordinate with print production houses for specs and final outputs.
• Maintain production schedule and weekly printing logistics meetings.
