Job summary

Swyfft is seeking a strategic, tech-minded Project Manager to lead planning and execution of key initiatives across the company. You will coordinate across systems, vendors, and teams, prioritizing and organizing competing workflows and technical requirements, with thorough documentation along the way.

This is a 100% remote U.S. based role (state restrictions apply). Travel for meetings and training may be required. A PMP or similar certification is a plus, and 5+ years of experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex, large-scale projects across teams.
• Organizational and documentation skills for playbooks and end-user guides.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management throughout project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project planning, execution, and implementation for cross-functional initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams and vendors on requirements and dependencies.
• Communicate progress, document decisions, and follow up with stakeholders.
