You will manage the full lifecycle from planning to delivery, coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to meet budget, schedule, and quality targets. The role supports remote work from the Southeast with compensation ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 plus bonuses and travel allowances.

• Proficient in TEKLA EPM, Bluebeam and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage fabrication and installation projects from start to finish.

Tiello has partnered with a Structural Steel/Misc. Metal Fabricator & Erector in the Southeast on the search for a Project Manager with Structural Steel/Misc. Metal Fabrication & Erection experience managing projects anywhere from $5M - $100M in project size.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of structural steel/misc. metal fabrication and erection for construction projects. You will manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards. You will also work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and meet all specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee structural steel/misc. metal fabrication and installation projects from start to finish.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and drawings to ensure accuracy in all project phases.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Resolve any issues or obstacles that arise during the fabrication and installation phases.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, budget status, and timelines.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate with the project team to ensure successful project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in structural steel/misc. metal fabrication/erection.
• TEKLA EPM, Bluebeam and MS Office Product software experience is a MUST.
• Experience managing $5M-$100M projects in scope.
• Strong knowledge of structural steel/misc. metal fabrication processes, materials, and building codes.
• Proven track record of managing complex fabrication projects within the construction industry.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficient in project management software and construction management tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
