Job summary
VetsEZ is seeking a Project Manager for a 100% remote role supporting a large federal government healthcare modernization project. You will lead Agile software development teams on SAFe DevSecOps initiatives, overseeing the full lifecycle from intake to delivery while aligning with budgets and schedules.
The role requires coordination with technical leads, VA leadership, stakeholders, and governance groups.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years managing IT projects.
- Experience in full lifecycle IT projects and Agile/Scrum.
- Ability to translate complex activities into executive reports.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle of IT projects from intake to delivery within SAFe DevSecOps.
- Lead Agile Scrum teams and processes across projects.
- Collaborate with technical leads for CI/CD and modernization.
- Develop schedules, costs, metrics, and milestones.
- Report milestones, risks, dependencies, escalations to leadership.
- Present vision and roadmaps to VA leadership and governance groups.
- Support team objectives and project success.
