Job summary

Veterans EZ Info Inc. is seeking a Scrum Master for a 100% remote role on a large federal government project.

You will support Agile delivery teams, drive delivery execution, backlog management, and process improvement across multiple initiatives, working with Product Owners, engineers, and government personnel to facilitate Agile best practices and program delivery. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Agile, SAFe experience, and the ability to obtain/maintain a government clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Agile project delivery or Scrum leadership.
• Strong experience leading Agile development teams and supporting deployments.
• Proven experience with large-scale software development, software integration, and data management.
• Expertise with SAFe and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and capturing actions and follow-ups.
• Experience in government/federal environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies including PI Planning and sprint planning.
• Identify and remove blockers to maintain productivity and momentum.
• Build collaborative relationships across cross-functional Agile teams.
• Promote Agile and SAFe best practices and continuous improvement.
• Advise government personnel on process standardization and delivery.
• Support backlog flow, prioritization, visibility, and accountability.
• Track progress, risks, and dependencies while escalating issues.
• Partner with Product Owners, engineers, and stakeholders on priorities and timelines.
• Facilitate communication across teams and leadership for program coordination.
• Support documentation, outputs, and readiness for reviews and milestones.
• Contribute to team objectives and take on additional responsibilities.
