Job summary

Rural Health Redesign Center (RHRC) seeks a Project Manager for a full‑time, predominantly virtual role with travel up to 20% to Harrisburg and client sites. The position requires strong project management skills, cross‑functional collaboration, and proficiency with MS Planner, MS Project, and Monday.com.

Responsibilities include scheduling stakeholder meetings, maintaining calendars and documents, and ensuring PMO procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree or higher plus two years of related experience.
• PM certification preferred.
• Experience with PM tools such as MS Planner and MS Project or Monday.com.
• Familiarity with PMI methodology and CRM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedules in-person or virtual meetings with stakeholders to advance RHRC work.
• Maintains the project calendar, task lists, and stakeholder timelines for the administrative team.
• Maintains Employee Portal and internal SharePoint sites; updates project documents regularly.
• Adheres to PMO SOPs, templates, and data collection needs; supports cross-functional collaboration.
