Job summary

Stantec seeks a Project Manager to lead electrical transmission routing and substation siting projects for utilities and developers. You will provide project management, serve as routing/siting or environmental permitting SME, mentor staff, and support business development, proposals, and reports.

This role can sit anywhere in the U.S. Responsibilities include managing scopes, budgets, and schedules; leading studies; interacting with clients and regulators; and guiding junior team members toward

Qualifications

• Advanced skills in technical writing.
• Understanding of Geographic Information System (GIS) processes and capabilities; GIS experience desirable.
• Proficient in communicating with clients, engineers, scientists, regulators, and the public.

Responsibilities

• Manage tasks and projects per approved scopes and deliver reports on schedule and budget.
• Lead routing and siting studies for linear energy projects.
• Contribute to business development, including proposals and client relations.
