Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Project Manager, Retail Construction to own capital improvement projects for a major client. You will coordinate planning, design, construction and close-out under the Director of Project Management, serving as the critical link among client, consultants, contractors and vendors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of practical experience in corporate real estate or construction management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with executive-level clients.
• Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously while meeting milestones.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project-specific budgets, schedules and strategies.
• Serve as primary client contact through design, documentation and construction phases.
• Maintain Master Project Schedules to meet timeframes.
• Prepare RFPs, select contractors and oversee contracts.
• Lead project meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage vendor performance against schedules and requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risk, informing the Director of PM.
