Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Project Manager for Retail Construction in Chicago, IL. This on-site role leads large portfolios of retail, banking, and ATM-related projects from inception through completion with focus on scope, budget, and schedule adherence.

You will coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams, develop comprehensive plans, monitor finances, and drive continuous improvement while delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 4–6 years of project management experience in real estate or construction.
• Experience managing retail, banking, or ATM-related projects.
• Proficiency with MS Project and Bluebeam.
• Strong PM principles, methodologies, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple retail construction and ATM-related projects from inception to completion within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Oversee multiple sites across a large geographic portfolio.
• Build relationships with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and project teams.
