Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager to provide consulting services to a financial services client account, delivering ground-up and branch renovations across Florida with 20–40% travel. You will lead project management from initiation through completion, interfacing with clients and coordinating scope, budget, and schedule.

The role requires a strong background in architecture/engineering/construction management, LEED/AP or PMP CCM preferred, and experience with Kahua/MS Project.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field.
• LEED AP, PMP and/or CCM designations preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Kahua, MS Project, or similar PM software; Smartsheet is a plus.
• Ground up, retail, and/or financial services experience is strongly desired; knowledge of leases, contracts, and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for commercial real estate projects from initiation to closeout.
• Interface with clients to prepare scope, resources, budgets, schedules, quality, and risk.
• Conduct periodic site visits and monitor construction progress.
• Review cost, subcontracts, change orders, and lien waivers; review budget and contingency adequacy.
• Review construction drawings, specs, and compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with Cost Advisory for estimates and supporting documentation.
