Job summary

Teaching Strategies, an edtech leader focused on early childhood learning, seeks a Project Manager, Professional Development. You will drive planning and cross-functional delivery for PD offerings, ensuring timely, high-quality execution across initiatives.

Collaborating with PD Leaders and teams, you will develop timelines, manage calendars, and maintain scalable processes while advancing the mission to support teachers and families.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related project management experience.
• Experience with Asana or a similar project management software.
• Proven administrative and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Bachelor's degree required; Masters strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning and cross-functional execution of PD delivery initiatives.
• Develop project timelines and production calendars based on product roadmap.
• Maintain processes to ensure consistent programming operations.
• Distribute meeting notes with actionable items and organize data for PD priorities.
• Coordinate with PD Leaders to ensure on-time, quality execution.
• Foster strong communication within the team and across departments.
