Empower Community Care is seeking an operations-focused Project Manager to drive infrastructure development, planning discipline, and cross-functional coordination across a portfolio of priorities within the EBP division. This role blends traditional project management with hands-on operational work to consolidate workflows and design scalable processes in Empower’s clinical models.

The role partners directly with leadership, including the C-suite and executives, translating strategic priorities

Qualificações

• 3–4 years in behavioral health/human services operations or project management
• Automation & AI fluency for processes, reporting and daily work
• Ability to manage multiple cross-functional initiatives with budget awareness
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and executives

Responsabilidades

• Translate strategic priorities into structured, actionable operational plans and provide progress updates to leadership
• Develop and manage cross-functional project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies
• Lead consolidation of fragmented workflows into single, coordinated structures with clear ownership
• Project manage development of new products/resources within Empower’s clinical models from concept to launch
• Define success metrics and maintain status reports and dashboards for stakeholders
