Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead multiple ground-up commercial projects from preconstruction through final completion. This remote role is based in Southern California with periodic travel to project sites.

You will oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors across diverse sectors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, budgeting, and construction management tools (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Excel).
• Willingness to travel periodically to project sites in Southern California.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and overall delivery while ensuring quality and safety.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee project documentation, subcontractor performance, and compliance with building codes and regulations.
