Job summary

OneZero Solutions, LLC is seeking a Project Manager, Cybersecurity Plan Review to lead a team that reviews cybersecurity plans and assessments under 33 CFR Part 101 Subpart F. The role requires coordinating Stage One to Stage Three reviews and ensuring regulatory compliance.

As a designated Key Personnel position, you will manage workload, maintain MISLE/SharePoint/ServiceNow records, and liaise with USCG stakeholders to finalize findings and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a team leadership or project management role.
• Strong understanding of 33 CFR Subchapter H, 33 CFR Part 101 Subpart F, and maritime operational environments.
• Proficiency in regulatory compliance using NIST CSF.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Plan Reviewer team, assignments, prioritization and workload balancing.
• Lead resolution and final recommendation on complex or novel cybersecurity plans and submittals.
• Ensure Stage One reviews are completed within 10 business days and identify deficiencies with guidance for resubmission.
• Ensure Stage Two reviews are completed within 45 calendar days of a complete submittal.
• Recommend findings (Satisfactory/Unsatisfactory/Not Applicable) for each regulatory checklist element.
• Perform quality control on review products before government submission.
• Oversee ASP certifications and maintain regulated entities list; draft ASP acknowledgment letters for USCG review.
• Provide status updates and reporting: MISLE, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and aging metrics.
• Escalate technical and policy inquiries to SME when needed.
